About Kasol
Banked by the roaring Parvati River and encircled by green and white mountains, Kasol invites you to the ethereally beautiful Parvati Valley. A hub of backpackers, this hip town in the mountains is a starting point for several short and long treks. Kasol’s town centre is a bustling crossroad, which is lined with shops selling clothes made of hemp, cafes that serve Israeli and continental dishes, and bakeries that sell oh-so-yum bakes. To get the real spirit of the town, visit the hot springs of Manikaran, try chic cafes, and hike to the nearby hamlets of Chalal, Rasol, and Malana.

Malana: Isolated from the rest of the world, Malana is situated on the other side of Parvati Valley. The little village is widely known for its strong community and religious beliefs.
