Job Description

You’ll be working closely with the Community team at Zostel - India’s OG backpacking network. The content you handle comes straight from hostels across the country and beyond. Real people, real scenes, real vibe!

You’ll see how travel content actually moves. What gets picked, what gets ignored, what people engage with! You’ll get a clear sense of how a community-led brand grows on Instagram.

If you’re into content, travel, and figuring out what actually works (not just looks good), this is your calling. 

What you will do 

• Convert raw vibes into Instagram-ready posts/reels!
• Generate content ideas & calendar
• Write scripts for reels & short-form content
• Coordinate with Vibe Curators for the live vibes pipeline
• Execute daily content tasks
• Your goal is to grow Zostel destination handles on Instagram! 

You are fit for this role if you

• Understand Instagram, not just use it
• Can think in reels, hooks, formats!
• Have taste (this matters more than tools)
• Can move fast with imperfect content

Tenure & Setup

• Duration: 30–60 days
• Mode: Work from Home
• Time: 4–5 hrs/day
• Must attend daily huddles
