What You'll Do

• Own the Quality Narrative
• Partner with Product Managers from ideation to launch to define "what good looks like."
• Translate fuzzy product vibes into crisp, testable acceptance criteria (yes, you can tell us when something's vague).
• AI-First Testing & Tooling
• Spin up and maintain smart test suites in tools like Testsigma, AccelQ, or whatever shiny AI QA gizmo lands next week.
• Coach the team on where AI can slash boring regression cycles and where human intuition still rules.
• Automate Like a Dev
• Write lightweight scripts (Python preferred, but JS/Java rock too) to hit APIs, mock data, and generate load.
• Keep CI/CD green—if the pipeline breaks, you're already on it before Slack explodes.
• Exploratory Sherlocking
• Put on the traveler hat and roam the product to find those "only-on-production-with-real-data" gremlins.
• Log crystal-clear bugs that engineers actually thank you for (yes, it's possible).
• Data-Driven Feedback Loops
• Tear into logs, dashboards, and a sprinkle of SQL to spot flakiness and trending issues.
• Turn findings into action—metrics, not gut feelings.
• Release Confidence & Post-Launch Vigil
• Give the final thumbs-up (or down) for prod pushes—no pressure 😉.
• Monitor live metrics after launch; roll back or hot-patch before users even notice.

Who You Are

• Degree: BE/BTech in CS, IT, or the "I built stuff instead of attending class" equivalent.
• Skills: Comfortable in at least one language for automation (Python gets brownie points).
• Mindset: 1-4 years of real-world testing or QA, but you're bored with checkbox testing and excited by AI-powered shortcuts.
• Collaboration Whisperer: You can nerd-out with engineers and still translate to product-speak.
• Detail Hawk: Pixel-perfect UI? Latency spike at p95? You notice.
• Learner: When a new AI test platform drops, you're the one signing up for the beta.
