What You’ll Be Doing

• Scout & Source: Hunt for properties – hostels, hotels, unique stays – across India.
• On-Field Hustle: Meet owners, brokers, evaluate locations, and build strong relationships.
• Negotiate & Close: Drive commercial discussions, draft contracts, and get deals signed.
• CRM Management: Keep the lead pipeline updated, track progress, and ensure follow-ups never fall through.
• Calls & Coordination: Jump on calls with leads, owners, and internal teams to keep deals moving.
• Cross-Team Support: Work closely with legal, finance, ops, and transformation to onboard new properties smoothly.
• Market Insights: Research real estate & travel trends, spot competitor moves, and flag upcoming hotspots.

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, biz dev, real estate, or hospitality (fresh hustlers welcome too).
• Strong communicator who can handle negotiations, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Detail-oriented enough to manage CRM, documents, and contracts – without losing speed.
• Loves travel, thrives in fast-paced environments, and adapts to chaos like it’s normal.
• Hungry to learn, grow, and build with India’s coolest travel brand.
